“4 Girlfriends,” by Jane Maxwell” currently available at Gallery MAR
Among the many accolades of artist Jane Maxwell, one of the most impressive is Jane’s contribution to a very special tribute to Princess Grace, commissioned by a group of collectors from Prince Albert of Monaco’s circle. Jane was asked to create five unique and different options for this special show — and she did not fail to impress.
In 2019 legendary Hollywood Princess, Grace Kelly would have turned 90 years old. To honor her special birthday, a selection of American Artists were asked to commission art in Princess Grace’s likeness. The art was presented as a gift to Prince Albert at a special art exhibition in Monaco in April. Jane Maxwell created five distinct pieces — three mixed media works on panel, and one two-sided floor sculptures. The photos speak for themselves from this special exhibition.
